WHO ARE WE?
We’re an independent creative agency based in Gothenburg. We design and build modern, fast, SEO-friendly websites in Framer, helping both established and new businesses grow through design, branding, and strategy.
How we work
We work with web design, branding, SEO and media services. Sometimes it’s just us, sometimes we bring in our trusted network of freelancers when a project needs more hands (or brains). Think of it as a “small studio with an expandable team”. You get the personal, flexible approach of a small agency, but the reach of a bigger one.
The name "Rok"
“Það er rigning og rok hjá mér.” – is what my grandmother in Iceland used to say when asked about the weather. The phrase translates to “it’s rainy and windy here.”
When I chose the name for my agency, I wanted something personal that connected me to my Icelandic roots, but was also relevant to my hometown, Gothenburg. And Rok, meaning “wind”, felt like the perfect fit. Because whether you’re in Iceland or Gothenburg and look out your window, chances are you’ll see wind (and rain).

Our Philosophy
We keep things simple. We keep things transparent. We keep things honest.
We don't make flashy, extravagant designs just to get featured on Awwwards. We believe in simplicity and putting the end user first.
Transparency is key to maintain a good relationship. Pushing you into buying something you don't need and adding hidded fees is not our thing.
Honesty is honestly what we're best at. If you come to us with a branding idea we believe is bad, we're gonna tell you its bad (and why). If you want feedback on your website, you're gonna get honest, no bs feedback.
